    Step 2 — Submit URL to CSV File: I have completed the pre-validation check and have a direct URL where my CSV file is located online.
 
Reminder: Before you can complete Step 2, please notify [email protected] of any change to the URL (web address, including file name) of the online CSV file. Once notified, you will receive confirmation on when you can proceed to Step 2.
